Frank Maurer has more than 20 years of experience at Boehringer Ingelheim and currently serves as Global Head of Automation Strategy & Technology. His areas of expertise include software-defined automation, industrial DevOps, IT/OT convergence, cybersecurity, and open and modular automation architectures. In his current role, he focuses on developing forward-looking automation strategies and technologies that support the digital transformation of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
