Newsletter

As part of sending our newsletter, and subject to your consent, we would like to inform you about our own offers as well as current offers from our sponsors.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to the processing of your personal data. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for newsletter subscriptions. This means that after you have registered, we will send an email to the email address you provided asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. The purpose of this procedure is to verify your subscription and, where necessary, prevent any misuse of your personal data.

You may revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time by unsubscribing. You can do so by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email, by sending an email to muwo@multivac.de, or by contacting us using the details provided in the Legal Notice (Imprint).

Please note that we evaluate user interactions with our newsletters. For this purpose, the emails we send contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files stored on our website. For the analysis, we combine the data described above with these web beacons, your email address, and an individual identifier (ID). Links contained in the newsletter also include this ID.

The data is collected exclusively in pseudonymized form, meaning that the IDs are not linked to any additional personal data and cannot be used to directly identify you.

The information will be stored for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. Once you unsubscribe, the data will be retained only in an anonymous form for statistical purposes.

Mandatory information regarding such recordings will also be provided on-site at the event venue (e.g., through clearly visible notices at the entrance to the event area), regardless of whether participants have already reviewed this Privacy Notice.
