Imge Yilmaz is a pharmacist and software engineer with hands-on experience in implementing artificial intelligence in GxP-regulated environments. She began her first AI project in 2020 at the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology at LMU Munich under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Gerhard Winter, where she developed AI-based solutions for nanobody diagnostic datasets as part of an industrial PhD project. She later developed a convolutional neural network (CNN) for image analysis at Coriolis Pharma and went on to establish one of the first AI validation frameworks in a productive GMP environment at QIAGEN. Today, at Miltenyi Biotec, Imge serves as System Owner of the Cell Factory Software (CFS), driving the digitalization of personalized cell therapy manufacturing through advanced software and automation solutions.
