FAQs

Your Questions, Answered

1. About the Event

The Health Impulse Days are a curated B2B forum for decision-makers and experts from the pharmaceutical, medical device and regulated healthcare manufacturing industries. The event brings together manufacturers, CMOs and CDMOs, technology partners, scientific institutions, hospitals, industry associations and other stakeholders from across the value chain.

The objective is to share real-world experience, connect different perspectives and jointly discuss potential solutions to the key challenges facing the industry.

The Health Impulse Days focus on real-world experience, vendor-neutral presentations and personal exchange within a selected group of participants. Expert presentations are complemented by moderated roundtables, networking opportunities, a compact tabletop exhibition and practice-oriented Insight Tours.

In this way, the Health Impulse Days combine forward-looking impulses and professional dialogue with direct insights into industrial applications.

The Health Impulse Days will take place from 16 to 18 March 2027. The program includes networking and a Welcome Dinner on the arrival day, the conference on the following day and Insight Tours on the third day of the event.

The central event venue is the MULTIVAC headquarters in Wolfertschwenden, Germany. Further information about the location and travel arrangements is available on the linked contact page.

2. Topics & Speakers

The agenda is divided into two parallel tracks.

Track A focuses on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, scalable drug-delivery solutions and flexible manufacturing and supply-chain concepts.

Track B explores sustainable healthcare packaging, future packaging systems, interoperable data models and data ecosystems.

Expert presentations and real-world case studies are complemented by moderated roundtables, allowing speakers, partners and participants to explore the key questions together in greater depth.

The speakers represent the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology, science, hospitals, testing and certification organizations, technology providers and industrial manufacturing. They contribute different perspectives and practical experience from development, production, packaging, digitalization, regulatory affairs, sustainability and real-world application.

The speaker page provides further information about each speaker, including their organization, role and presentation topic.

Dr. Bertalan Meskó will open the conference as the Medical Futurist and keynote speaker. His keynote will provide the overarching vision and future-oriented impulse for the subsequent discussions on the evolution of medical and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

3. Who Should Attend?

The event is designed for decision-makers and experts involved in the development, manufacturing, packaging or scaling of medical devices, pharmaceutical products and drug-device combination products.

It is particularly relevant for professionals working in management, manufacturing, engineering, research and development, packaging, automation, digitalization, quality, regulatory affairs, sustainability and supply chain.

The Health Impulse Days are primarily aimed at pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, CMOs and CDMOs, as well as hospitals, universities, industry associations and organizations with a regulatory focus.

The participant community is complemented by selected partners from the fields of packaging, materials, devices, technology and industrial solutions.

Participants gain access to real-world case studies, diverse industry perspectives and direct conversations with speakers, partners and professional peers.

The combination of conference sessions, roundtables, networking and Insight Tours is complemented by a compact tabletop exhibition featuring the Gold and Silver Partners. Participants can explore selected approaches and engage directly with the relevant experts.

This creates fresh impulses, practical points of connection and valuable relationships beyond participants’ immediate peer groups.

4. Registration & Fees

Registration takes place via the event landing page. As the number of participants and the capacity of individual program elements are limited, submitting a registration initially constitutes a request to attend.

Your participation is confirmed once you receive a personal confirmation. Participation in the conference and the Insight Tours will be confirmed separately.

The participation fee enables us to deliver a high-quality, curated event format. It includes the conference, expert presentations, roundtables, networking opportunities, evening events and organized transfers to the evening event and the Insight Tours.

Participants arrange their own travel and hotel accommodation. Reserved room allocations at attractive rates are available for the event.

No. The Health Impulse Days are designed as a non-profit platform for professional exchange between pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. Vendor-neutral presentations, real-world experience and moderated discussions are at the heart of the event.

Selected technology partners enrich the dialogue with their expertise and are available on site as knowledgeable contacts. The objective is not to promote finished products or solutions, but to discuss shared challenges, contribute different perspectives and develop new approaches together.

The participation fee is fully reinvested in the conference program, catering and organizational services provided to participants. Additional costs are covered by the event partners and sponsors.

This allows the participation fees to remain deliberately moderate at EUR 490 net during the Early Bird period and EUR 790 net at the regular rate, without compromising the quality of the program or the overall event experience.

5. Travel & Accommodation

Yes. Participants arrange and pay for their own travel and hotel accommodation.

The event organization provides hotel recommendations, reserved room allocations and additional travel information.

Information about individual travel arrangements, parking facilities and the relevant event locations will be provided on the event landing page.

Organized transfers from the designated departure point to the evening event at the evening of the conference and the Insight Tours are included in the participation fee.

6. Insight Tours

Insight Tours will take place at selected industry partners on the third day of the event. The available locations and tours will be presented during the registration process.

Yes. Capacity at the participating production sites is limited. Selecting an Insight Tour during registration therefore initially constitutes a request to participate.

Your participation in an Insight Tour is confirmed once you receive a separate confirmation. If no place is available on your preferred tour, this will not affect your confirmed participation in the conference or any other confirmed program elements.

Individual production sites may have specific safety instructions, visitor policies, confidentiality requirements and access restrictions.

Confirmed participants will receive the required information and documentation before the relevant Insight Tour.

7. Partners & Sponsoring

Companies interested in supporting cross-industry dialogue and contributing their expertise to the community are invited to contact the Health Impulse Days organization team via health-impulse-days@multivac.de

Partnerships are coordinated individually to ensure that each company, its expertise and its positioning are aligned with the objectives and participant profile of the event.

Gold, Silver and Bronze partnerships are available, each offering a different range of benefits. Depending on the selected package, these may include participant tickets, a company profile on the event website, logo visibility and a tabletop exhibition presence.

The binding scope of benefits is defined in the respective partnership proposal.

The partners not only support the organization of the event financially, but also actively contribute to the professional dialogue. They bring expertise from different areas of the healthcare value chain, take part in discussions and are available on site as knowledgeable contacts for participants.
